What does MobiFi do?
What is MoFi?
$MoFi is the utility token within the MobiFi ecosystem. User can use $MoFi TOKEN to purchase NFT, upgrade their membership and enjoy many other benefits. $MoFi TOKEN has value and it is public tradable on exchanges. Currently we are listed on Gate.io (you can buy MoFi using fiat, USD, EURO etc) and Uniswap.org.

What blockchain is MobiFi currently building on?
MobiFi app is living on Polygon network, it's a layer 2 network of Ethereum. In addition, the team is actively engaging with other blockchain projects such as Solana, Hedera, BSC etc to investigate the possibility to support multi-chains in the future.
Who is Alex?
Alex is a character of MobiFi or mascot, they are group of people that dare to live differently to explore this world and seek to help others. You will see all kinds of Alex appears in our website, apps or social medias.
What is the utility of MoFi token?
We are making $MoFi token the points that is exchangeable across the travel industry. User will receive $MoFi token as cashback when they book hotel, flight and other services with us, they can use $MoFi token in their next purchase. Also by staking $MoFi token, users will receive a membership NFT that offers them extra benefits and discount in the entire MobiFi ecosystem!

Where can I use the MobiFi app now?
Parking in the Netherlands
We are currently offering parking service covering the entire Netherlands. More countries to be added soon in EU with our premium partner Parkbee. Please note this is a pilot service that only exists in the Netherlands due to our Dutch partner. However, any company who is interested to collaborate can reach out to us via here: Collaborate With MobiFi. We are happy to integrate your local services whether it’s a mobility services like parking or a local tour like city walk services you offer.
Travel booking platform
We offer hotel booking services (live), and flight (coming soon in 2024) in our platform. We have the best price and most attractive reward schemes that you will never regret! Besides, we support 200+ types of cryptocurrencies to pay directly!
Event hosting
Our mission is to connect people and impact local businesses. Therefore, we are constantly seeking ways to help people connect with each other. We have released a event hosting service purely based on blockchain. Think of it as Lu.ma or Eventbrite.

What role does NFT play in the MobiFi ecosystem?
There is another type of NFT (to be released in Q3 2024), which requires user to stake their $MoFi token to receive it. This particular NFT represent different levels of the MobiFi travel platform membership. The higher the membership level, the more discount and benefit a user can receive when booking hotel on the platform.

(🅿️Parking) Can I add multiple vehicles to my account?
Yes, you can add as many vehicles as you want, for free!
You can also add vehicle plates from different countries. No worries to cross the broad anymore 😉
(🅿️Parking) Who is providing the parking facilities
MobiFi’s parking facilities are backed by Parkbee and SHPV to cover both on street parking and off street (incl. indoor parking) in the entire Netherlands.
(🅿️Parking) How does parking work in the MobiFi App?
💡 Pre-requisite: Enter your vehicle plate number and link your bank account.
For on-street parking:
- Park your car.
- Start your parking session in the app
- Stop your parking session.
For indoor parkbee facilities:
- Search for Parkbee garages
- Open the garage gate or barrier to drive in
- Open the garage gate or barrier to drive out.
All transaction are taken care by the app automatically. 100% hassle free.

(🅿️Parking) Why are some parking services in green color?
The green colored parking spots are off-street parking facilities. MobiFi believes we should give back space to the people in the city and reduce the number of cars on the street. Parking indoor also reduces CO2 and traffic congestions for searching a parking spot on the street.
Any cost of using the app?
No, we will stick our zero service fee policy for all mobility services. Unlike other parking service providers that charge a 10% cost of the parking bill and a minimum fee, we charge you nothing. No hidden fee either, we don’t like this kind of surprise either!
Why do I need to link my bank account?
Linking your bank account makes the whole users experience greater. We want to make sure you are aware what happened but without worrying about how to handle the payment manually every time.
Do I need to top up to use the service?
No, as far as your linked your bank account, you can start using our service hassle free! The app will automatically top up for you if a new transaction detects the balance is low.
Please note that the top up action does NOT equal to making a deposit. We are not a bank and is not going hold your money on your behalf. We also do NOT have Deposit Gurantee Schemes like other financial service providers (e.g., Bank, stock exchanges). The top up action equals to purchasing mobility credit to use later for transport services within the app.
(🅿️Parking) What if the parking garage barrier/gate does not open?
If it’s the service from Parkbee, you can easily find the contact phone number in the parking garage info screen. Just give them a call, they will make sure you get in or out of the garage immediately.

), we will validate that and get back to you ASAP. However, for emergency situation, for example, you are stuck in the parking garage and want to get out. Please contact the parking facility owner. You should be able to find button or phone number near the barrier/gate.

You can use the transaction ID and perhaps with a screenshot to show to the municipality that you have paid your parking accordingly. Facing issues with your municipality and need help from us? Just let us know😉
How to remove my MobiFi account
If you want to want to delete your account or your user data. Please visit this page to submit your request: https://tally.so/r/3NpOpQ. After we review your account, we will delete it within 5 working days.
